Max Payne will have to dig into his past and bring up some, "painful memories" in the latest downloadable content from Rockstar.
Max Payne 3 will be getting the newest round of DLC in the form of four new maps players can play. Rockstar has announced one of the maps available for players is the grisly and bloody Roscoe Street Subway map from the very first Max Payne title. Players will also be able to take back the grungy Brooklyn bar, Marty's Bar, take to the high seas on the Branco family yacht (which was a grisly blood bath within itself in the original campaign mode), and revisit Canal de Panama for an all out gang war, as well.
Not only will players be able to shoot their way through four new maps, but there will also be some new arsenal available at their disposal. Players can pick up the IMG 5.56 and the UAR-21 assault rifles.
Players can also expect to see new awatars, items, and something Rockstar is calling the, "Hangover Burst." The Burst causes enemies to respawn, only this time with limited stamina and vision.
Painful Memories DLC will be available on December 4 for 800 Microsoft points on XBOX Live and for $9.99 for PSN and PC users.
