Canadians will be the first, if not the only people, to be getting their hands on the newest Wii system from Nintendo, and we’re not talking about the WiiU.

Images of the Wii Mini leaked today on Canadian retailer Best Buy’s website.

According to an official Nintendo statement which was posted on mynintendonews.com, the system is lacking internet capability and user will not be able to play their GameCube games on it.

The news of the Wii Mini comes at an interesting time, considering Nintendo launched their next generation console, the WiiU only one week ago.

The Wii Mini will be available through Canadian retailers as of December 7 and will cost $99.
