If console players felt like they missed out on all the nightmare fuel when Daydreamer first launched on Steam only, they can get their hands on the side-scroller shooter now.
Daydreamer: Awakened Edition is coming to PS4 and Xbox One soon with all the same disturbingly twisted visuals but now with additional content and tweaks for a more solid experience.
Take control of Olivia, the sole surviving human after an alien invasion of Earth as she journeys to the center of the Earth. One her way she’ll encounter an assortment of disgustingly grotesque monsters that are certainly… something to behold. Tackle all the monsters and boss fights in your way with a huge arsenal of weaponry and even pets that aid you in your quest.
All the work of one guy, Roland Womack, the game will be available on PS4 May 31 and on Xbox June 3 for $9.99 USD.
