Kit Harington Cast as Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Villain 1

Kit Harington, best known as Game of Thrones fan favourite Jon Snow, will be the lead villain in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Harington is playing the currently unnamed face of the villainous faction, the Settlement Defense Front.

“Our story is about an epic showdown of opposing forces, and Kit immersed himself into the role and truly became the embodiment of the enemy, the Settlement Defense Front,” says Infinity Ward creative director Taylor Kurosaki. “We can’t wait for fans to see Kit play an entirely different kind of character.”

In addition, Sherlock Holmes director Guy Ritchie is working with Infinity Ward in a currently unspecified role.

Harington joins the ranks of big name actors involved with the Call of Duty franchise, joining names such as Kevin Spacey, Timothy Olyphant, and Idris Elba.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is scheduled for release on November 4th, 2016.
