SOCOM 4 gets some added Resistance.
Sony has announced that specially marked copies of SOCOM 4 – and all copies of the SOCOM 4 Full Deployment Edition – will include vouchers that give players early access to the upcoming Resistance 3 public beta. The code will also unlock a pair of slug-ammunition shotguns, as well as the Abandoned map should you pre-order at GameStop.
In addition to a full single-player campaign, SOCOM 4 supports 32-person multiplayer, five-person co-op, and is compatible with the PlayStation Move peripheral. If you’re looking forward to the Resistance Beta, you might want to pick up SOCOM 4 when it gets released on April 19.
