The second trailer gives us a better look at the alien invaders.
Cowboys & Aliens is based on the graphic novel of the same name and stars Daniel Craig as a man who wakes up in the middle of the desert with a mysterious device on his wrist and a serious case of amnesia. It turns out that aliens are to blame, and – as you might expect – it’s not long before the invaders start the assault. The first minute and a half of the new trailer is largely made up of things that were seen in the first teaser, but after that we get a lot more action and a better sense of the the movie. There aren’t any aliens (yet), but there are spaceships that look like mechanical dragonflies and we do get to see Sam Rockwell sporting an awesome mustache.
The new trailer is below. Cowboys & Aliens is looking like it could be a fun summer movie when it’s released on July 29.
