It took nine months since the movie’s release, but Kick-Ass 2’s videogame finally has a release date.
Freedom Factory Studios along with UIG Entertainment announced a May 2014 release date for the game. The trailer shows a comic/cell-shaded art style with tradition beat ‘em up gameplay with cool finishers like God of War but less violent. While the trailer also says “there’s a new villain in the city,” Freedom Factory already revealed the antagonist is Kick-Ass’ long time rival Motherf*cker.
Kick-Ass 2 the movie came to theatres on Aug, 16, 2013 starring Arron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass), Jim Carrey (Col. Stars and Stripes), and Chloë Grace Mortez (Hit Girl).
