Sony announced today that a demo of Naughty Dog’s latest game, The Last of Us, will be included in copies of God of War: Ascension.
The demo won’t be available as soon as Ascension launches on Mar. 13, but details on how to play the demo whenever it becomes available will be included on the disc. All players will have to do is insert the disc into their system and read the instructions on the main menu.
The game hasn’t been playable for anybody up until this point, so this is a chance for fans to get a feel for the game before it comes out. Access to a single chapter of the game will be included in the demo. It isn’t known at this time if that chapter will be part of the game that has been shown to the public.
The Last of Us releases May 7, but you can get the demo on Mar. 13 with Sony Santa Monica’s God of War: Ascension, both exclusively on the PlayStation 3.
