Sony is handing out free play time and some digital head gear to apologize for the PSN outage.
Sony Online Entertainment has shared some of the details for their “Make Good” plan for customers of DC Universe Online, announcing that they’ll be providing all DCUO players with “30 days subscription credit plus one day for each day the service was unavailable.” SOE will also be handing out a “Batman-Inspired mask appearance item” to compensate for the current outage that’s affected the entire PlayStation Network.
However, fans will have to be patient while waiting for Sony to implement the plan. The company says that “the complexities of the subscription server dictate how and when this will be available.”
More information about the proposed customer retention program will be available next week.
