Sony has announced the delayed PS Vita release of Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault, and will now be out this spring.

The game was originally set to come out ‘sometime’ in January, while the PS3 version of the game was out this past November. Since then many have been wondering where the game has been this whole time. Playstation released a statement and said, the team still needs more time with the game.

“Our friends at Tin Giant have been working night and day to bring Insomniac’s PS3 game to the PS Vita system and to provide our fans with a great game. While the original delay has helped us make the game better, we still need more time to bring the game up to the standards expected by our fans.”

Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault has been in the works for a while, and was supposed to be released back in November along with the PS3 version. A week before, Sony announced it would be delayed again, and fans were offered the games first DLC pack as a sorry.

It’s not clear what’s taking Sony so long, but it’s clear that PS Vita users are going to have to wait a little longer.
