Sony Releases PS4 Teaser Prior to Microsoft’s Xbox Reveal

As today marks an important day for Microsoft—the long-awaited revelation of their next-generation Xbox—Sony decided take some of the spotlight by releasing a trailer yesterday teasing the PlayStation 4.

The PlayStation 4 trailer doesn’t reveal much of the console in its entirety, but rather teasing close-ups of the slick, black design. Not ones to be an afterthought, Sony, near the end of the trailer, reminds viewers the PlayStation 4 will be showcased on June 10—the day before the beginning of E3. It was this past February Sony announced the PlayStation 4, and since then, has done its best to maintain the hype train.
