Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has revealed during its pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference today the newest addition to the PlayStation family: PlayStation Vita TV.
PlayStation Vita TV is designed to accentuate the PlayStation gaming experience by allowing users to play PSP, original PlayStation and PlayStation Vita games right on their televisions.
Although Japanese consumers would have to wait until February 2014 to get their hands on the PlayStation 4, they can surely experience PlayStation Vita TV firsthand when it launches first in Japan on Nov. 14, at a recommended retail price of ¥9,954 (about $100).
A PlayStation Vita TV Value Pack will also be available on Nov. 14. This bundle is set to include PlayStation Vita TV, a DualShock 3 controller and a 8GB Vita Memory Card. The price for the bundle is ¥14,994 (or around $150).
