Last summer at San Diego Comic Con it was announced Kieron Gillen and Adam Kupert would be teaming up to create a successor to the 2003 series Origin.
Origin focuses on the beginnings of Wolverine, and its sequel will continue where it left off. This time Wolverine will be returning to civilization, encountering enemies like Sabretooth.
Marvel released new images for the comic this morning, showing Wolverine and his wolves. It also shows Wolverine wearing cave-man like clothes, which is a throwback back to his more wild days.
Origins II #1 hits stores on December 25th. You can view the images below.
