The upcoming multi-platform effort One Piece: Unlimited World RED will be hitting North American shores on July 8th and in Europe on June 27th.

While recent trailers have focused on the Straw Hat’s newest adventure (which features an original story and a talking raccoon), one update teased was the Battle Coliseum mode. Though many details are yet to be revealed, Siliconera confirmed today that the feature will include twenty different characters including Boa Hancock, Portgas D. Ace, the Straw Hat crew and more.

Outside of this feature is the adventure mode, chock full of exploring, fishing, battling and catching bugs. Many other characters will return here like Whitebeard, Marshall D. Teach, Trafalgar Law, Doflamingo and more. In short, it looks to include a mass amount of fan service that many One Piece fans will enjoy.

The game is coming out for Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. For fans with an imported 3DS, the game is now out on 3DS in the Japanese region (with the other ports coming soon). Be sure to keep it locked to CGM as more details arise.
