Bethesda Announces Wolfenstein Prequel

Bethesda Annonces Wolfenstein Prequel - 2015-03-04 12:15:05

It’s no question that Bethesda resurrected the Wolfenstein franchise with Wolfenstein: The New Order. Now, they look to continue that trend with a two-part prequel Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.

In part one, Rudi ger and the Den of Wolves, players are dropped into 1946 where the Nazis are about to win the Second World War. In a last-ditch effort to turn the tide BJ Blazkowicz breaks into Castle Wolfenstein to steal the coordinates to compound the compound of the most evil sounding name in gaming–General Deathhead.

Part two, The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs, picks up where part one leaves off. Blazkowicz winds up in Wulfburg to discover a Nazi archeologist is about to unleash an ancient magic.

If these sound cool to you, there won’t be a long wait. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood launches digitally on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC for $19.99USD on May 5, 2014.
