Stop what you’re doing, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain finally got a release date.
If you’ve been waiting, you’re going to have a little longer, but Hideo Kojima’s latest entry in the series releases September 1 2015 for the Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 with the PC release trailing a few weeks on September 15 2015. Along with the release date, Konami announced that the competitive online multiplayer mode, Metal Gear Online, goes live right at launch.
If that wasn’t enough, there will also be a collector’s edition of the game that comes packed in with a mess of MGS goodies.
