Penn and Pitchford to Talk Lying and Magic at DICE

Penn and Pitchford to Talk Lying and Magic at DICE

With DICE summit coming up Feb. 16 to 18, it’s no surprise we’d hear some news about the guest speakers. One that’s caught our attention is Penn Jillette, known for his magician work in Penn and Teller, will take the stage with Randy Pitchford from Gearbox Software.

The duo will talk magic, misdirection, and lying, among other topics culminating in Jillette and Pitchford setting up a magic trick that will take the theatre into virtual reality.

“Engagement is central to both business and art,” says Martin Rae, president, Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences in a press release. “This year a variety of talented people will explore engagement and how it deeply affects what they do”

The two sharing a stage shouldn’t be a surprise as they announced they are working on a sequel to Desert Bus, a bus driving game, on Jan. 16.
