H. P. Lovecraft is known across the world for his unique take on horror. Crafting worlds filled with mystery, suspense and science fiction in stories that even years after his death, still captivate millions. Today Cyanide Studio with the help of Focus Home Interactive unveil Call of Cthulhu.
Call of Cthulhu is a RPG-investigation game. Mixing elements of RPG, stealth and horror, and dropping players into a dark immersive world, Call of Cthulhu hopes to bring the works of H.P. Lovecraft to life.
In a statment by Patrick Pligersdorffer – CEO of Cyanide Studio said “We are happy that Focus entrusted us with the development of a videogame adaptation of the legendary RPG Call of Cthulhu. As long-time fans of the license, working with longtime partner publisher Focus Home Interactive on such an original and exciting project is, once again, a privilege. We hope to offer fans the game they’ve long been waiting for.”
Call of Cthulhu is slated for a 2017 release on consoles and PC.
