Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Opens NA/EU Pre-Registration

Are you stuck in a boring class? Laying in bed avoiding a busy day? Or are you caught in the middle of yet another subway delay? If this applies to you, then It’s time to start Fira-ing up your cellphone, because Square Enix is ready to unleash yet another entry into their extensive mobile lineup.

Square Enix announced on their Twitter this morning that Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, a collaboration between the company and Brave Frontier developer A-Lim, would be making its way to North American and European phones. To prepare for the new influx of players, Square Enix has opened up pre-registration for fans of the franchise.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius launched last October in Japan and since then has garnered over 6 million players in the country. Pre-registering for the game will add 30 “Crystal Points” into the “pool”, which will unlock bonuses to be used in the game upon its western launch. Unlocked via point “milestones”, bonuses include the character Terra from Final Fantasy VI as a playable character in addition to numerous in-game items.

Square Enix has released a trailer for Brave Exvius’ western release. The game is expected to release this summer.
