Roku will be introducing American consumers to a new range of streaming devices under the Roku family.
Starting things off with the Roku Express and Roku Express+ the duo of devices are meant for consumers that are looking to stream to their TV for the first time or extend their Roku OS experience to other TVs within the home.
The difference between the Roku Express and the Express+ model is that the Express+ will offer additional composite output options for consumers that want to stream content to their older non-HDMI television sets. The Roku Express starts at $29.99 MSRP with the Express+ model available for $39.99, exclusively at Walmart.
Next up, the Roku Streaming Stick and the Roku Streaming Stick+ are available for consumers who are on the move or want discreet and fast plug and play options for streaming. Both devices feature quad-core processor technology that meets the 802.11 AC dual-band wireless standard. The Roku Streaming Stick will be available for $49.99 MSRP.
The Roku Streaming Stick+ offers the same robust features available in the regular streaming stick, with additional wireless power that it can tap into from within the power cord of the device. The Streaming Stick+ will be available for $69.99 MSRP.
Finally, the Roku Ultra, the most powerful and feature rich player will offer consumers with unparalleled wireless performance in addition to 4K and 4K HDR streaming at 60fps. The Roku Ultra will ship with a new remote which allows users to power up, change the volume, and use their voice to find their favourite tv shows and content with ease. The Roku Ultra will be available for a new low price of $99.99 MSRP.
