Update for SmuggleCraft brings a Custom Track Creator and a Permanent Price Drop.

  • January 9, 2018

Happy Badger Studio announces that the long awaited Track Creator update will be released Tuesday, January 9th as a free patch for all users on both PS4 and Steam. The Track Creator allows users to design their own levels using any of the 200+ modular terrain pieces in the game, and even select settings like time of day and weather conditions. Users can upload their tracks, challenge their friends, and browse tracks created by other users worldwide. A much needed time attack feature has also been added to the game.

In tandem with the Track Creator patch, the price of SmuggleCraft will be permanently dropped to $9.99 on all platforms.

“Our players really love the single player story mode, but we want to get more people playing multiplayer and other game modes as well. The Track Creator should provide many more hours of enjoyment, and the price drop should lower the barrier for entry, helping to grow the online multiplayer base” – Ben Triola, Producer

SmuggleCraft was launched in May of 2017 for both PS4 and Steam. The original game is a stylized hovercraft racing game and includes couch multiplayer, online multiplayer, and a quest based single player campaign. Every track is randomly generated using over 200 track pieces, so whether you’re on a delivery run or racing against friends online, no two adventures are ever the same. Players can also customize their hovercraft, fitting it to their specific needs.

UPDATE DETAILS:

New comers can purchase the game for $9.99 (permanently reduced from $14.99) on PS4 and Steam by visiting http://store.steampowered.com/app/592020 or https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0836-CUSA07245_00-0000000000000001

The Track Creator patch will be available for free for all users as of January 9th, 2017.
