Stardew Valley is Coming to PS Vita

Stardew Valley is Coming to PS Vita 1

Stardew Valley is coming to PS Vita this month, answering the call of fans who just can’t get enough farming, customizing, exploring and interacting with the game’s charming characters.

“Perhaps the most common questions I get asked is, “When is Stardew Valley coming to PS Vita?” Well, the time has finally come for me to answer,” wrote ConcernedApe.

The game will be cross-buy, so you’ll only need to purchase one copy of Stardew Valley to play it on both your PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. This means if you already have the game on PlayStation 4, then it will be available for download on the PS Vita version.

Being able to turn overgrown fields into the farm of your dreams and to always feel like you are part of a local community is a way to have a fun, on-the-go experience with a portable console like the PS Vita.

With over 30 residents living in Pelican Town, there are many activities to get up to, like shopping at Pierre’s General Store, dropping by Harvey’s Clinic or visiting Gunther’s Museum. There are also chances to meet someone special in Stardew Valley, as 12 townsfolk are datable.

If you prefer to focus on the farm, then Stardew Valley lets you master your ranching skills with raising animals like chickens, ducks, cows, goats and even a dinosaur. Exploration is another exciting part of the game, as you can encounter dangerous monsters and find valuable treasures in deep, underground caves.

Stardew Valley will be available on the PS Vita on May 22.
