Rumour: Fortnite Heading to Switch Acording to Leaks 1

Fortnite is one of the biggest games in the world now. With countless players battling it out online daily, it is no wonder people are excited to see this game on the Nintendo Switch. If the latest details are to be believed, this reveal could be imminent. According to a recent submission to the Korean rating board, Fortnite on the Switch has been submitted.

While games do get submitted for review without ever fully being released, this further supports the latest leak that released this week via Twitter that outlined a rundown of the announcements that would be revealed at E3. Games depicted in this leak included Dragon Ball FighterZ, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, FIFA 19, Killer Queen Black, Starlink Battle for Atlas, Paladins, Overcooked 2, and Mario Tennis Aces and last but not least Fortnite.

With Fortnite being one of the biggest games in the world right now, this move would be a major move for the Portable Nintendo console and would give a whole new range of players the chance to jump in on the action of Epic Games’ Battle Royal Jugernaught. It would also give even more reason to consider the Nintendo Online service, that while free at present, will be moving to a paid model sometime in the future.

Fortnite is currently available on most major platforms such as the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, iOS and Android with a Switch release rounding out the platform portfolio. While Fortnite is dominating with players, it is facing its own share of problems. Recently PUBG developer PUBG Corporation filed a lawsuit against Epic Games, citing similarities in gameplay between the two properties.
