Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 Unleashes Nostalgia and New X Challenge Mode Tomorrow

Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 will be released tomorrow as both physical and digital copies.

These copies will be available for the Americas and Asia, while Europe will get a digital-only release.

The Mega Man X Legacy Collection includes not only the legendary 16-bit titles, but also Mega Man X, Mega Man X2, Mega Man X3, and Mega Man X4. Meanwhile, the second collection has Mega Man X5 to Mega Man X8.

Earlier this year, Nintendo published an announcement trailer for Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2.

These games will let players fight Mavericks in fast-paced combat, steal their weapons, and wall jump and dash their way to victory.

New features that come with the collections include a new X Challenge mode that pits players against a couple of bosses in two-on-one battles. Players can also explore a museum filled with production art, check out a playlist of old commercials, as well as look at the catalogues of classic Mega Man merchandise.
