Pixels & Ink #298 – The Dead Cells Debacle

Pixels & Ink #298 - The Dead Cells Debacle

Pixels and Ink is back for the second week of the new format. With Lisa, Jordan, Alex and Brendan on the panel this week, they tackle two major topics of the industry, starting with the concept of plagiarism in gaming reviews. What does this mean for the industry, along with what can outlets do to earn back the trust of its readers when this happens.

In the second topic, the crew look at DLC and what makes add-on content worth it. Is there a limit to how much you can add onto a title after launch, and if not, what is a fair price to ask when releasing this sort of content. With Fortnite mixing up the landscape of modern gaming, the outlook for DLC has never been more in question, especially when you look at value for reward.

If you have a question or topic you want the Pixels and Ink crew to dive into, drop us a line at [email protected]. We will try to get to all fan requests as they come in for future shows.
