The Sinking City — Death May Die cinematic trailer just got released, and it features a Lovecraftian open world.

Players will get to dive into The Sinking City and investigate the Lovecraft-inspired open world. They will act as a private investigator as well, facing the half-submerged city filled with supernatural forces. The goal will be to uncover the truth behind these forces, as well as figure out what makes the inhabitants tick.

Frogwares, an independent studio based in Dublin and Kiev, developed The Sinking City — Death May Die. Ever since 2000, the studio has been making games with genres that range from real time strategy to action-adventure. Most notably, Frogwares is known for developing the Sherlock Holmes video games franchise.

The publishers of the game are Bigben, which aspires to become a leader in not only publishing, design and distribution, but also mobile phone and gaming accessories.

The Sinking City — Death May Die is scheduled to be available on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on March 21, 2019.
