Capcom has just released their Onimusha: Warlords announcement trailer, and it features a sword-fighting adventure along with the story of samurai Samanosuke and ninja Kaede.
Onimusha: Warlords is about Samanosuke and Kaede, who are on a mission to save Princess Yuki from invading demons. The game is set in feudal Japan as well, where players will encounter a world of magic, greed, and darkness.
First introduced to players on the PS2 back in 2001, Onimusha: Warlords will also receive visual upgrades, giving players a more immersive experience. Widescreen support, as well as new display settings will be available, and they include 4:3 and 16:9 options.
Other features include screen scrolling for widescreen display, analog stick support, an easy mode for new players, and a brand new soundtrack.
Onimusha: Warlords is scheduled for release on January 15, 2019 for $19.99 MSRP.
