Hearthstone: Unstable Portals Take Over This Week’s Tavern Brawl

Behold the tools of creation.

Hearthstone: Unstable Portals Take Over This Week’s Tavern Brawl 4

This week’s Hearthstone Tavern Brawl is brimming with Unstable Portals along with seven cards chosen by the player.

This means 23 of the other cards in each player’s deck are Unstable Portals, which adds a random minion to their hand that costs three mana less. Players also get their portals after their mulligan.

Pick a Hand, Any Hand first debuted back in June 2016 and it made use of cards like Sorcerer’s Apprentice for spell discounts, Gadgetzan Auctioneer for a bunch of draws, and even Yogg-Saron for those who love RNG.

Some other cards that saw play include Loatheb to prevent opponents from casting their Unstable Portals and other spells, as well as Flamewaker, which deals 2 damage randomly split among all enemies.

This week, Hearthstone players get to use these cards again if they wish, since it’s a Wild brawl. Of course, players can also make use of newer cards introduced since 2016. One of the more popular cards being used in this brawl so far is Stargazer Luna from The Boomsday Project. This Legendary draws a card after one plays the right-most card in their hand.
