Fortnite has released its latest patch notes and it features new weapons, an exciting events tab and a shiny, new vehicle.

First up, the Grave Digger has returned in Fortnite Save the World, allowing players to shoot Husks and send them to the grave. This assault rifle uses medium bullets and has increased damage at the cost of accuracy. Alongside the Grave Digger is the Rat King, which is a semi-automatic weapon that blasts enemies with a stream of slugs.

Both the Grave Digger and Rat King weapons will be available today at 8 p.m. ET until October 24 at 8 p.m. ET.

Meanwhile, in Fortnite Battle Royale, players can propel themselves into battle with the new Quadcrasher vehicle. It’s a two-seater, meaning more chaos as one player can drive while the other can keep a lookout, attack enemies or even dance.

The Quadcrasher can build boost just by driving it. Once the boost meter is maxed out, players can unleash the speed with a tap of a button. Players can add to the chaos and destruction by smashing through buildings while boosting and even boost off ramps and cliffs. Against enemies, players can even launch them into the air by smashing into them.

As for the new events tab, tournaments can now be found inside it. These online tournaments are open to everyone and each one of them has a series of scheduled dates and times. Each one of these scheduled sessions allow players to begin with a clean slate as well. Players can earn a golden pin for a tournament after scoring enough points for it during the event session.

For players who love testing out new content, Fortnite has also introduced Beta Storms. These are limited-time Mission Alerts that allow players to test out experimental ideas and new content. This week, there is a quest line with rewards for players who try out the Retrieve the Data Beta Storm.

This Beta Storm is scheduled to end when Fortnite’s v6.20 update arrives.
