A pre-historic hunt now on the go

ARK moves the hunt to the Nintendo Switch 2

With titles like Dead Cells making their homes on Switch, the consoles’ fanbase has come to expect quality indie titles on the platform and starting tomorrow, ARK: Survival Evolved joins Nintendo’s growing list of quality indies.

Originally announced on March 21st during the annual Game Developers Conference, ARK: Survival Evolved Switch promised a quality port of the beloved PC entry. On a later post, Studio Wildcard, ARK’s main developer, revealed that the Switch version of ARK would include all of the PC version’s content, and an official release date of November 30th was announced.

As of today, however, there has been no word on whether or not this Switch port will receive ARK’s plentiful of extra paid DLC, but as of now, players can look to enjoy the island’s plethora of different creatures and crafts to explore.

ARK: Survival Evolved is an open world sandbox where human players deal with not only the scariest of pre-historic dinosaurs but enemies of their own kind. ARK will be releasing on Switch November 30th 12:00PM PST and is currently available on Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and mobile.
