Chambers, the Netflix horror series starring Uma Thurman, Tony Goldwyn and newcomer Sivan Alyra Rose launches April 26, and today Netflix released the first trailer.

The 10-part series centers on Sasha Yazzie, played by Sivan Alyra Rose, as she deals with the trauma after a near-fatal heart attack and the fact she is now living with someone else’s heart. She quickly gets wrapped up in a mystery about her doner, what killed her, and what the family of her donor are really all about.

The more she uncovers, and the closer she gets to the truth, the more she starts to take on many of the characteristics of her donor, to a disturbing degree. As the trailer shows, it is a journey into maddens and death, were the truth is often far more disturbing than the lie.

“Taking place in a mystic, New Age pocket of Arizona, Chambers is a psychological horror story that explores the different ways we metabolize trauma. But what starts out as a grounded human story eventually pivots into something far more strange and fucked up than you were expecting.” Outlined series creator Leah Rachel.

Chambers is slated to premier this April 26th, only on Netflix.
