With the recent announcement of Halo: The Master Chief Collection coming to the PC via Steam, 343 promised prospect players that they could test out the game sometime in April. Unfortunately, the Microsoft owned company today announced, that testing for Halo Reach, along with the Master Chief Collection has been delayed.

343 Industries’ Community Director, Brian Jarrard commented on the matter, stating that the initial timing was incorrect and that he promises to provide more information to testers who are awaiting to try early builds of the PC ports.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection initially released on the Xbox One, back in 2014 — since then, the game has received numerous patches that have improved the overall multiplayer experience and quality of the various ports. The PC and Steam release of Halo Reach and the Master Chief release was first announced back in March of this year.
