Behavior Interactive has officially announced a mobile port for its anticipated 4v1 survival horror game Dead by Daylight.

A brief trailer teased players will be able to take their core experience on the go and play online with friends or strangers anywhere they want.

Simply called Dead by Daylight mobile, its smaller port continues the cat-and-mouse mechanic and puts four survivors on the run to complete objectives while being hunted by an indestructible killer. When caught, survivors can work to save each other, or run as the victim becomes sacrificed in a ritual.

To fit the smaller format, Dead by Daylight Mobile includes “Milestone Rewards” and in-game currency which can be spent for cosmetics on survivors and killers. The studio didn’t confirm if the console version’s DLC would be included, bringing signature horror franchise staples such as Leatherface, Michael Myers, Freddy Kruger or even The Demogorgon from Stranger Things to mobile.

Its site states the mobile Beta version is releasing this spring “in select countries” while players can pre-register ahead of time to play it. Milestone rewards are also measured by how many players pre-register the game with free points and cosmetics given past 500K, 750K and 1 million goals.

Hitting April 16th 2020, The game will support both Apple devices running iOS version 11 on iPhone SE minimum phones. Android users will need a Galaxy S7-capable phone with a minimum of version 7 (Nougat) installed if they should want to jump into the action.
