Crysis Remastered Coming To Ps4, Xbox One, Switch, And Pc

From the makers of Far CryHunt: Showdown, and CRYENGINE, Crysis offers first person shooter fans the best-looking, evolved, and innovative gameplay, enabling players to adapt in real time to survive. Crysis Remastered brings new graphic features, high-quality textures, and the CRYENGINE’s native hardware- and API-agnostic ray tracing solution for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and—for the very first time—Nintendo Switch.

For anyone not aware, Crysis is a shooter from Crytek first released back in 2007, that for a long time acted as a benchmark for graphics cards and PC specs. With the term “Can it run Crysis” reaching mainstream status, with many reviews outlining how it ran this game, even years after the release.

It will be interesting to see how this classic shooter holds up to today’s range of FPS titles currently on the market. At the very least it will be a new way to experience the game and give a chance to play it with a smooth frame-rate on modern platforms. Little is known beyond this leak, but CGM will keep you updated as more details are released about this project.
