After 22 long years, the first title in the Shin Megami Tensei series has arrived in North America.
An exclusive to the iTunes Store, the game marked the beginning of ATLUS’s Megami Tensei franchise (which has spawned series like Persona and Devil Summoner).
Originally released on the Super Famicom way back in 1992, SMT features many staples of the series, including extensive demon-summoning and demon-recruiting components. Though the graphics and gameplay are dated, many hardcore fans have been waiting a long time to pick this classic JRPG up.
