Fortnite is about to get a massive injection of Star Wars, in what might be the biggest collaboration the game has seen to date, and that’s really saying something.
Epic Games has announced that, starting on May 1, a selection of different Star Wars experiences. This is in addition to the hundreds of islands that have already been created using the game’s official Star Wars toolkit.
Three new games will be available starting May 1, and there’s seemingly no cutoff date at this point. Of course, the highlight is a horror-esque experience where you have to escape from Darth Vader. Here’s each game, and its access code
- Galactic Siege (developed with JOGO Studios, island code: 5003-9856-3648) – Fight in large-scale PvP class-based battles with 10v10 combat across iconic Star Wars planets.
- Escape Vader (made with Beyond Creative, island code: 7285-4185-5428) – Hide, run, and try to survive in this 4-player co-op game where you attempt to escape the terrifying Sith Lord, Darth Vader.
- Droid Tycoon (created with FOAD, island code: 7865-8305-9184) – Build and customize droids using authentic Star Wars blueprints, manage your workshop and factory systems, and unlock rare components and special missions.
In addition to these new experiences, a watch party for Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu will take place on May 19, at 10 am ET. Here, players will get a special message from Jon Favreau and an exclusive 10-minute sneak peek of the film, which opens in theatres on May 22. That then unlocks another experience where players are recruited as a deputy to collect bounties, defend the city from enemies, and ultimately find Grogu. Then, finally, a Q&A with Jon Favreau on May 26.
If that wasn’t enough to satiate your appetite, new and returning Star Wars outfits and items will rotate through the shop the entire month of May. Below you can see Epic’s release graphic for the entire month.

Fortnite is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 1 & 2, PC, iOS, and Android.
