TECNO MEGABOOK S14

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

While it may have first debuted at MWC2025, the Tecno MegaBook S14 still managed to make waves at Computex 2025 as one of the lightest AI-powered laptops you can buy currently, at just 899 grams (1.98 lb). Featuring an incredibly sleek overall look and a stunning attention to detail, we were amazed when we got to play with it hands-on at the booth and see just how svelte this little laptop can be.

It features a stunning 2.8K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a backlit keyboard, dual DTS:X Ultra speakers, and a battery rated for 16 hours of use. It featured the ability to lock things down with secure access by a fingerprint reader, while Wi-Fi 6E and seamless Tecno smartphone pairing streamline connectivity. But for us, it was the ability to use it with an external GPU designed for enhanced productivity and gaming, in their Arrow Lake configuration.

Few details were shared about just how powerful the combo will be, but the idea of a laptop that can play proper games, create content, and still not feel like you are being weighed down has us excited. How could we not give a nod to the innovation and engineering that is at work behind a laptop like the Tecnos MegaBook S14?

Thermaltake View 600 TG

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

Thermaltake has been known for their unique and innovative PC cases, and this year’s Computex showcased this continued trend with the new View 600 TG. This stunning case design comes in a range of colours (Black, White, Mint Strawberry, Bumblebee, and Future Dusk) and offers up a striking way to showcase your next PC build. Featuring three tempered glass panels and supports E-ATX, along with hidden connection ATC boards, and allows you to deck your system out with up to ten 140mm fans.

Judging by the builds they had on show, there is a range of potential to express your creative side with the case, and you can even add in a 6-inch LCD panel kit upgrade to step things up even further. We at CGM are suckers for unique and creative designs, and the Thermaltake View 600 TG embodies that concept in every aspect it brings to the market, so how could we not consider it for our best of Computex 2025 award?

Thermaltake Minecube 360 Ultra ARGB

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

It’s hard not to appreciate what Thermaltake has achieved with the MineCube 360 Ultra ARGB AIO—one of the standout selections at Computex 2025. This all-in-one cooler features four stunning 3.95-inch 720×720 LCD screens, enabling dynamic animations and real-time system stats in one of the most innovative implementations we’ve seen in years. Paired with three SWAFAN EX12 ARGB fans that use magnetic quick-connects and daisy-chaining, it offers both striking aesthetics and efficient cooling.

Thermaltake has truly outdone itself with this offering, delivering an AIO solution that promises to elevate any build it’s installed in. Combine that with the thermal performance the brand is known for, and you’ve got a winning formula. While we still have a few questions, we’re eager to see how it performs when integrated into one of our CGM builds. As it stands, we can’t wait to test the MineCube 360 Ultra and see what it’s truly capable of.

Silverstone FLP02 PC Case

@cgmagazine

Feeling the #Retro 486 vibes of the new #SilverStone case at #computex2025

♬ Retro 80s – MaxKoMusic

I am perhaps dating myself here, but I remember owning an old 486 tower back in the day. It was dated, not particularly powerful, and somehow, there is so much nostalgia around it. So when I saw the Silverstone FLP02 as I was walking the halls of Computex 2025, I had to stop and take a look.

Made as a follow-up to the FLP01, which was a case that originally debuted as an April Fool’s joke, this new iteration has all the flair and styling of an early-90s computer lab, and that is kind of the point. This is a case that channels all the dated charm of the 486 days, only with the ability to drop in a modern PC to build a ridiculous stealth build that shows off your love of the early days of home PCs.

Honestly, despite the look, there is a significant level of design and innovation in the FLP02, and Silverstone has done a great job blending retro charm into something that is very usable in 2025. The 5 ¼ drives all work as place holders, the case is big enough even more large GPU’s and it even has brackets to keep everything solid even when you push the system to build a stealth monster rig ready to take on gaming, content creation, or anything else you could want to do with a PC. While it may not be for everyone, the FLP01 is an easy choice for the best of Computex 2025 in our books.

Antec Core HS 8840U Handheld Gaming Console

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

Considering how crowded the PC handheld market is getting recently, it takes a lot to stand out, but somehow Antec managed to do just that with their Core HS 8840U. The handheld expands on the standard formular and offers up a versatile adjustable screen, and keyboard that makes the overall windows experience all the more usable, giving ways to tackle the many prompts and inputs that the onscreen keyboard is ill equipped to deal with, and it does all of this while being a surprisingly comfortable handheld to use.

The Antec Core HS 8840U offers up well-designed hall effect control sticks, well-designed thermals and airflow, a bright 1080P display, and an AMD Ryzen 7 7840U powering the overall experience. Antec nailed the mobile console experience, and brought some much-needed innovation to the table to make for a handheld that should be on everyone’s watch list, especially if they crave the Windows OS experience for whatever reason.

Lian Li Dan Case B4

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

At Computex 2025, the Lian Li DAN Case continues to push the boundaries of compact chassis design with the revolutionary B4 that makes it easier than ever to express yourself with your PC case. This premium, all-aluminium chassis is an example of what is possible with modularity, even in a smaller form factor, offering support for microATX motherboards, full-size ATX power supplies, 280 mm AIOs, and 4-slot GPUs up to 360 mm in horizontal orientation. Yet, it was the modular stand that pushed it over the edge for us, enabling a sleek vertical setup that hides rear I/O cables for a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

In vertical mode, the B4 allows users to fit up to a 360 mm AIO by removing the rear 120 mm fan bracket. Even with its small size, it still manages to offer fantastic GPU cooling, due to a dedicated air chamber that accommodates three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans, ensuring optimal airflow. The reversible stand gives users the flexibility to choose between a mesh exterior for ventilation or an exposed air chamber for a unique look. With two pre-installed slim fans, the B4 is ready to deliver impressive cooling performance straight out of the box.

There are plenty of cases at Computex, and some truly impressive options, but the clean look and ability to adapt the case to fit a number of builds made the DAN Case 4 an easy selection for this year’s best of Computex 2025.

AVERMEDIA CamStream 4K

Computex 2025: The Best Of Computex 2025

There is often a divide between prosumer gear and streaming, with there only being limited options to connect the two. AVerMedia is looking to change that with their newly announced CamStream 4K, a device designed to let you use your mirrorless pro-level camera with your PC or mobile device, giving you a new way to stream to your audience. It is designed for creators in mind, with smart options built in to make it an easy accessory to add to your arsenal.

Designed for consistent use and built not to get too warm while being put through its paces, the CamStream 4K allows for high-quality video to stream seamlessly from the camera, all with the case you would find in a standard webcam. There have been options like the Elgato Stream Link before, but it had its own share of problems, and from what AVerMedia is showing, they have improved on the concept in many ways. For creators looking beyond using just another webcam for their stream, and want to push the quality of what they can deliver, the CamStream 4K looks to nail the assignment, and deliver a device worthy of a best of Computex award.
