Archos Reveals New Android Based Gaming Console

Archos accidentally unveiled its new Android gaming console, the Archos Gamepad 2, on a website today.

According to Stuff, retail website HKTDC accidentally posted the information for the new console on their site.

The console itself looks a lot like a Playstation Vita, with two analog sticks on opposing sides as well as a similar design type.

Stuff says the former listing says that it has “a 1.6GHz quad-core processor running a 7in, 1280 x 800px IPS display, 2GB of RAM and the option of 8GB or 16GB or storage.”

It will also come bundled with Asphalt 8: Airborne and Modern Combat 4.

No release has been announced. For a picture of the device, click here.
