Black Myth: Wukong launched in 2024 to rave reviews, following the adventure of the Destined One’s adventure to recover his legendary strength and fight the gods who took the powers in the first place. We gave it a 9.5/10, stating that “Black Myth: Wukong masterfully takes what makes a good Soulslike tick without selling its own soul, delivering what is the best action game of the year”. It also won two Game Awards, including the Player’s Voice Award and the Best Action Game.
