CES 2026: ASUS Expands Its ProArt Line With New Laptops Built for Creators

ASUS used the stage at CES 2026 to reveal significant updates to its ProArt lineup, headlined by a unique partnership that transforms the ProArt PX13 into a field-ready companion for action videographers.

If you are a creator, you have likely heard of the ProArt series, an ASUS sub-brand long focused on empowering creative professionals. ASUS appears to be taking that mission a step further by teaming up with GoPro on a special version of the 2026 PX13 convertible laptop. By integrating GoPro’s ecosystem directly into the hardware and software, ASUS has built a machine that bridges the gap between capturing rugged footage and editing it on the go.

ASUS ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition

This special-edition laptop retains the core versatility of the standard model while adding tools tailored for action camera users. The ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition features a 13.3-inch 3K OLED touchscreen that covers the full DCI-P3 colour gamut for precise colour grading. Under the hood, it runs on the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 processor, designed to handle demanding creative workloads with 16 cores and up to 50 TOPS of NPU performance. The system includes 128 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, giving editors ample space for high-bitrate video files.

Connectivity on the PX13 GoPro Edition is designed to let users ditch dongles. It includes two USB4 Type-C ports, a USB 3.2 Gen. 2 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 port and a microSD card reader that supports UHS-II speeds for fast media offloading. The laptop weighs 1.38 kilograms and comes in a distinct Nano Black finish. A dedicated GoPro hotkey on the keyboard launches GoPro Player instantly, while the bundle includes a six-month GoPro Premium+ subscription and a three-month Adobe Creative Cloud membership.

Alongside the convertible, ASUS also showcased the ProArt PZ14, a detachable tablet aimed at creators who need extreme mobility without sacrificing durability. Powered by the Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, the PZ14 features an 18-core CPU and an NPU delivering up to 80 TOPS for AI-accelerated tasks. It is rated IP52 for water and dust resistance and meets military-grade durability standards, making it suitable for outdoor shoots. The device includes a 14-inch Lumina Pro OLED display, along with dual cameras: an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera capable of 4K video.

Although it was released this fall, ASUS took time at CES to revisit its flagship ProArt P16, the most powerful model in the lineup. Designed for station-based workflows that still need portability, the laptop is equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU with 24 GB of VRAM. That graphics performance enables real-time 8K editing and advanced AI processing.

It supports up to 64 GB of RAM and up to 4 TB of storage, delivering a workstation-class experience in a chassis less than an inch thick.

There is little doubt that ASUS has positioned its latest ProArt range as devices purpose-built for creators, and the focus is clear throughout the lineup. With a range of compelling technologies and build standards aimed at longevity, ProArt stands out as a strong option for content creators looking to push their workflows further.

ASUS also made announcements regarding their ROG and TUF gaming lines, their Zenbook line, and a new collaboration between ASUS and Kojima Productions.
