Edifier introduced its new M90 speaker system at CES 2026, presenting it as the latest addition to its desktop and home audio lineup.
Known for its well-crafted audio products, Edifier’s M90 is a compact, MDF‑built speaker pair delivering 100 watts of total output power. Each speaker features a 4‑inch, long‑throw aluminum-diaphragm mid‑bass driver and a 1‑inch silk-dome tweeter. Together, they cover a frequency range of 50 Hz to 40 kHz and offer a signal‑to‑noise ratio of at least 85 dB(A).

The new M90 boasts a wide range of inputs, making it suitable for computers, TVs, and mobile devices, enabling a wide range of uses across the home, office, or work area. They include Bluetooth, HDMI eARC, Optical, USB, and AUX connections. The M90 feature Bluetooth version 6.0 and supports LDAC and SBC codecs. The speaker system is also certified for Hi‑Res Audio and Hi‑Res Audio Wireless. Input sensitivity varies by source: HDMI eARC, Optical, USB‑C, and Bluetooth are rated at 500±50 mFS, while AUX is rated at 450±50 mV.
Edifier added several convenience features to the M90, including multi‑point Bluetooth connection and a Sub Out port for users who want to add an external subwoofer for extra oomph in their audio. The system can be controlled via a power knob that also handles volume and source switching, and an included remote control. It is compatible with the EDIFIER ConneX mobile app for additional settings and adjustments.

The M90’s enclosure is constructed from MDF, and the two speakers differ slightly in depth because one includes all the port inputs to keep the area tidy. The right speaker measures 133 × 212 × 225 mm, while the left speaker measures 133 × 212 × 210 mm. Together, the pair weighs 6.05 kg.
Edifier confirmed that the M90 will be priced at $369 USD. The company plans to make it available on Amazon.com in early March 2026. At CES, Edifier also detailed the differences between the M90 and the currently available M60 model. The M90 offers higher output power, larger drivers, more input options, Bluetooth 6.0, multi‑point support, and a Sub Out port, while the M60 remains a lighter and more compact option.
