Ahead of CES 2026, LG Electronics announces the expanded lineup of xboom by will.i.am, featuring FYI.RAiDiO and AI tools to enhance the audio experience.
Following the success of the 2025 xboom Stage 301, Bounce, and Grab models, LG Electronics teams up with will.i.am once again to debut the upcoming xboom by will.i.am lineup ahead of CES 2026, featuring xboom Stage 501, Blast, Mini, and Rock. Launching in 2026, each model is designed for parties, outdoor activities, and everyday life, while incorporating AI tools to personalize the users’ listening experience.
At the core of the four new models, each xboom speaker incorporates AI tools to enhance users’ listening experience. The AI features included are FYI.RAiDiO, allowing users to interact with 10 AI Personas and DJS for real-time curation and location-aware personalization, AI Sound to automatically analyze and adjust the audio EQ settings, AI Lighting to sync the multicoloured bar lights with the sound, and Space Calibration Pro to examine and adapt the sound quality based on its surroundings.
will.i.am xboom Stage 501
Kicking off the lineup of new xboom speakers, the xboom Stage 501 is designed to provide a fun karaoke experience, utilizing AI Karaoke Master to remove and adjust the vocals from nearly any song. In addition to the vocal adjustments, the AI tool can tweak the pitch, whether the user is singing solo, dueting with the artist, or in low volume if they are feeling shy.
Highlighting the specification, the xboom Stage 501 features dual woofers, full-range drivers, and Peerless tweeters, while providing up to 25 hours of playback with its 99Wh swappable battery. Additionally, the speaker delivers up to 220W of power while plugged in and 160W when it’s operating on battery. Lastly, with the design incorporating the Stage 301 wedge concept, the xboom Stage 501 can be used vertically, horizontally, tilted, or mounted on a tripod.
will.i.am xboom Blast
Designed to be rugged with edge bumpers and military-standard durability for outdoor activities, the xboom Blast features three passive radiators and a 220W output, providing up to 35 hours of playback on a 99Wh battery. Not to mention, the xboom Blast includes a side rope handle and a rubber top handle, allowing users to carry the speaker easily in crowded areas.
will.i.am xboom Mini
In a compact yet stylish form, the cube-shaped xboom Mini delivers 10 hours of playback on a single charge and utilizes Sound Field Enhance to provide a clear audio quality. Highlighting the xboom Mini’s additional features, the speaker includes a Magic Strap for easy placement, IP67 water and dust resistance, a built-in tripod mount, and tactile controls for volume and playback.
will.i.am xboom Rock
For those who are active outdoors, the xboom Rock is designed to be durable, meeting Military Standard to withstand outdoor environments. Enhancing the xboom XG2 model with 5W output, the xboom Rock features 6W output, providing clearer and louder audio for up to 10 hours of playback.
Additionally, the xboom Rock features Sound Field Enhance to maintain clear audio quality while outdoors, LE Audio Auracast to share music across multiple speakers with friends, and a smart button to access the app control.
