Dead by Daylight’s fan-favourite 2v8 Game Mode is set to close out the year with some villainous celebrity video game additions from Konami; Dracula and Pyramid Head are entering The Fog.
In just two hours, terrifying villains from Konami will invade The Fog, and for the first time in Silent Hill and Castlevania history, these two villains will hunt side by side in Dead by Daylight. Silent Hill’s Pyramid Head and Castlevania’s Dracula — known within The Fog as The Executioner and The Dark Lord — are storming into the 2v8 mode today. Behaviour Interactive has launched a horrifying trailer to accompany the announcement, and it can be seen below.
Also rejoining the cast of Dead by Daylight for a limited time is the return of Vampire Killer Trevor Belmont as a survivor, alongside Cheryl Mason, the survivor addition from Silent Hill. Both of these characters (along with Dracula and Pyramid Head) will be playable for the duration of the event, and the Belmont lineage will be extended in The Fog with a Legendary Outfit for Trevor Belmont that brings his descendant, the powerful Richter Belmont (seen in Castlevania: Nocturne), into the Trials. The Dark Lord will also receive new digs with the Very Rare Scorched Terror Outfit, which is what Dracula would (probably) look like after the beach.
On the Silent Hill additions, Cheryl Mason embraces a sinister ritual with the Very Rare Awakened Order Outfit, and The Executioner receives the gruesome Very Rare Flayed Torturer Outfit, transforming the creature into an even more morrifying monster. Fans can jump in today to embody the villainous Konami heroes in Dead by Daylight, or survive them as newly added survivors.
The 2v8 Game Mode and the 2v8 Collection featuring Silent Hill and Castlevania will be available in Dead by Daylight from November 6th to November 20th, 2025. Fans looking for more information can head to the Behaviour Interactive website.
