CCP Games has announced they will host a 10-day trial for the upcoming EVE Frontier for the Remnant tier players, running from February 14 to 24, 2025.
From the creators of EVE Online and EVE Vanguard, CCP Games will be welcoming the Remnant tier players to experience the Space Survival MMO, EVE Frontier, during the 10-day trials. With the limited time, players can explore, exploit the resources, endure the pains, and carve their mark before the cycle ends.
Set in a gruelling cosmos, you have been lost to time and light. If you wish to survive in EVE Frontier, explore the frontier while exploiting and expanding in the shattered region of space that is warped by black holes and bound in a macabre dance. But during your adventure, keep your eyes out for the rogue AI on the loose, as they will corrupt and consume the remaining remnants.
For those interested in the lore of EVE Frontier, a war for control has erupted between the Rooks and Kings against the Algorithmic Warfare (AWAR) and their allies, Heavy Metal (HEAVY). With the battles far from being over, many mercenaries were hired and alliances formed, while the traders hunted the fallen for spoils from the war.
Yet that is not all, as the EVE Frontier website also shared the database of the war against machines. From what is known, riders from the Tribe Reapers under Commander Michael JD battled the Feral Mooneater in the F:272L system. But the attacking fleet, bristling with Axte-class battlecruisers and Flegal-class cruisers, was the largest the team has fought against compared to others. The beast’s shield was damaged and almost destroyed the entire fleet when it was enraged. With the survivors scattered across the shattered region, they are trying to regroup with a plan to strike again.
