The latest game franchise making the jump to Nintendo Switch 2 is Farming Simulator (with its Signature Edition), and it’s available now for the console.
In October, GIANTS Software revealed that Farming Simulator: Signature Edition would be heading to Nintendo Switch 2. To celebrate the new platform for Signature Edition, GIANTS Software also revealed that the game would include the brand-new Mercedes-Benz Trucks Pack to bring even more vehicles and machinery to the game, and today, Farming Sim is here.
GIANTS Software continues Farm Simulator‘s focus on real-life brand implementation with Signature Edition. Nintendo Switch 2 farmers can get their hands on real-life machinery from top brands in the space with Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, & more. Like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Farm Simulator: Signature Edition lets the player explore faithfully reproduced vehicle cabins and check out all of the bells and whistles that come with being on the farm.
CSO of GIANTS Software, Boris Stefan, says, “Farming Simulator: Signature Edition offers the most varied, relaxing, and rewarding experience we’ve ever created for Nintendo players,” adding, “We’re excited to bring the farming fun to the Nintendo Switch 2!” Recently, GIANTS Software formed an anticipated partnership with Daimler Truck AG to extend the in-game fleet with iconic stars. With the arrival of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in the series, 17 additional machines have been added to the fleet (and these machines are included in the portable Nintendo Switch 2 version).

While farmers can now get their Signature Edition to go on Switch 2, the Farming Simulator series remains a top franchise for enthusiasts. The franchise has sold more than 40 million copies worldwide since its launch in 2008, making it one of the leading franchises in the genre, and now a big addition to the Nintendo Switch 2 library.
