The Gayming Pride Parade Is Coming To Summer Games Fest To Showcase LGBTQ+ Titles

We now have a date and a list of games we can expect to see during The Gayming Pride Parade, a pride-filled Summer Game Fest showcase.

Alongside the third annual Gayming Awards in June, we will also get to see the very first Gayming Pride Parade on June 6 at 3 p.m. EST as part of Summer Game Fest. This Pride Parade is a gaming showcase focused on celebrating gaming’s LGBTQ+ community, hosted by award-winning streamer, MiladyConfetti, and RuPaul’s Drag Race star, Jax.

We have a list of what games viewers can expect to see during The Gayming Pride Parade, with more surprises in store when the showcase finally arrives. Each game reveal is sponsored by Fireshine Games.

  • Art of Solitaire
  • Cute Patoots
  • Kitty Powers’ Matchmaker Makeover
  • Neon Death Drop
  • Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to my Heart
  • Spill the Beans
  • Tako no Himitsu: Ocean of Secrets
  • Wylde Society

One of the highlights of the showcase is Neon Death Drop, a game revealed two years ago by Diamond Dust Games, which has since had a playable demo. Though we don’t know exactly what we will see from Neon Death Drop in June, the founder of Diamond Dust Games, Mark Shteller, is excited about the show, having said, “Being part of the Gayming Pride Parade is an incredible opportunity to connect with players who are hungry for fresh perspectives and celebrate the creators pushing games in bold new directions.”

Since Summer Game Fest is one of the biggest gaming showcases in the industry, it’s pretty amazing that part of that experience gets to be dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community. Executive Director of Gayming Foundation, Robin Gray, said, “We wanted to create a dedicated space within that global celebration to spotlight LGBTQ+ developers, creators and stories while also delivering the kind of exciting reveals, updates and surprises audiences expect during showcase season.”

You can watch the Gayming Pride Parade on June 6, streaming live at 3 p.m. EST on The Game Awards’ YouTube and Twitch channels.
