HoYoverse has unleashed a special program detailing Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2, and in April, fans will navigate a new Flame Chase adventure.
The upcoming Honkai: Star Rail version 3.2 was revealed during the “Through the Petals in the Land of Repose” Special Program Livestream earlier today, and the version releases the new characters Anaxa and Castorice, alongside new activities for players to get into, and like every other version release, has much more in store for players anticipating the April version release. A trailer has been released by HoYoverse, which can be seen below.
As per the Special Program, the two new character banners will release at different times throughout the Version 3.2 runtime after it goes live. The purple-haired Castorice banner is titled “Make Farewells More Beautiful,” and she is a proclaimed Maiden of War who can’t get too close to anyone or anything for fear of unintentionally killing it. The Quantum (Remembrance)-based character is capable of summoning Netherwing to assist her in combat. Castorice’s special ability lets her prevent death in certain circumstances. Fugue, Jiaoqiu and Acheron join Castorice in Phase One of Version 3.2 on the summoning banner.
On the other hand, the other featured character, Anaxa, is an alchemist obsessed with research and answering existential questions. The non-believer sees his connection to the Titans as negative, thinking it spells doom. Whenever the Wind (Erudition)-based character Anaxa hits an enemy, his ability inflicts a random weakness onto it, allowing for notable combination setups. Dr. Ratio will join Anaxa in Phase Two of Version 3.2 on the summoning banner.
In celebration of Honkai: Star Rail‘s upcoming two-year anniversary, HoYoverse has planned a series of special events and rewards for players in version 3.2. An anniversary-exclusive “Festive Gifts” event will debut on the eve of the anniversary, offering Trailblazers 20 free character pulls through daily check-ins. On April 26, Trailblazers will receive a commemorative in-game card from a companion along with 1,600 Stellar Jades. Finally, the Festive Gifts event will allow players to choose one free 5-star character between Ruan Mei and Luocha to recruit in celebration.
Honkai: Star Rail version 3.2 launches on April 9 and is available on PlayStation 5, Windows, iOS and Android.
