Time to don your detective hat. Jackbox Games has announced the first game arriving in Jackbox Party Pack 11, Suspectives.
Following the announcement of Jackbox Party Pack 11 in April 2025, fans are given a glimpse of one of the new games, Suspectives. As a quirky detective-themed game, you work alongside your friends to discover who the secret criminal could be in your group, using the power of interrogation.
Set to release in Fall 2025, Jackbox Direct has teased five new games arriving in Jackbox Party Pack 11 for fans to play with their friends. The games that were teased so far are:
- Cooperative trivia battle game – Work alongside your friend to fight against monsters by answering trivia questions correctly.
- Joke writing game – Compete with your friends to write the funniest or worst jokes to win.
- Sound effect game – Compete against your friends and bring your sound effects to life in the final round.
- Drawing game – Draw with your friends based on the bizarre request you guys can come up with.
- Social deduction games, aka Suspectives – OBJECTION! A crime has been committed, and it will be up to you and your friends to find the secret criminal and prove your innocence.
Expanding on Suspectives, players work together to uncover a secret criminal hiding among them, using personal details about each other as evidence. Each round, everyone answers a question and interrogates each other based on the answers, with the option to extend or conclude the session when everyone has gathered enough statements about each other. At the end of the round, each player will vote on whether the subject is innocent or guilty. However, as the criminal, you must be careful with your answer, as your response about loving hip-hop and video games could be the reason for your incrimination.
Following the announcement of Jackbox Party Pack 11’s first game, the game director Tim Sniffen has shared: “Suspectives leans into that moment of questioning a fellow player, seeing if they start to sweat when placed alongside the evidence. On the surface, you’re trying to determine which player is the secret criminal, but at the same time, you’re learning about your friends or co-workers and discovering which boy band they think is the best. These quick and fun investigations will have you reaching for your fedora and trench coat in no time.”
