With $37M Raised, eufyMake E1 Ushers in a New Era of At-Home Texture Printing

As the eufyMake E1 smashes crowdfunding records, it seems Canadian makers are lining up to turn their ideas into textured, tactile products.

With the clock ticking down on the final days of the eufyMake E1’s Kickstarter campaign, Canadian creators, small business owners, and tech enthusiasts are paying close attention. As the campaign wraps up, the numbers are looking very impressive: more than $37 million USD raised from over 14,000 backers worldwide, including nearly 600 Canadians eager to bring industrial-grade texture printing into their homes and studios.

Coming from eufyMake, the new creative tool brand from Anker, the E1 has been making waves with creators for its ability to print tactile, 3D textures up to 5 millimetres thick on a wide range of surfaces — including flat panels, rotational objects, and even roll-to-film materials — all with professional-level precision. Thanks to its Amass3D technology and ColorMaestro system, users can achieve millions of colours and true-to-life surface textures, making it ideal for custom products, art and branding. The printer’s modular design includes rotary, UV direct-to-film (DTF) laminating and roll-to-film attachments, all packed into a compact form factor that’s 90 percent smaller than traditional UV printers — perfect for home studios or small businesses.

With rising costs for studio space and tariffs complicating international manufacturing, more creators are looking to keep production local. The eufyMake E1 answers this need, empowering Etsy sellers, crafters and product designers to manufacture high-quality, customized goods right at home — without the overhead or complexity of commercial printers. It’s a device designed to support the side-hustle economy and a new wave of Canadian-made products. As someone who’s excited to see people use tech in new and innovative ways, I have to say — I’m genuinely looking forward to what comes next.

“The E1 UV is the first of its kind, a printer that brings industrial-level precision and UV surface texturing into the homes and studios of creators everywhere,” said Frank Zhu, General Manager of eufy. “This isn’t just about printing objects. It’s about helping people build their brand, product line, or side hustle from day one using professional tools that were once out of reach.”

The Kickstarter campaign offers several bundles, ranging from the basic $1,899 setup to the full deluxe package at $2,752, which includes everything from rotary and laminator attachments to a comprehensive materials kit. Early adopters have also benefited from cash-back offers and exclusive stretch goals, such as free ink and cleaning cartridges, further sweetening the deal for backers.

As the campaign wraps up, the eufyMake E1 is set to ship in July, with Canadian backers poised to be among the first to experience this game-changing technology. With nine days remaining, those interested in the eufyMake E1 can still visit the Kickstarter page to see if any pricing tier suits their needs.
