The Technology Giant Lenovo has made several announcements about its new laptops and tech at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026.
Lenovo has announced multiple new laptops, tablets and other devices, saying the lineup is aimed at creators, gamers and productivity-focused users. The company also unveiled several proof-of-concept products, including the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition, IdeaPad Slim 5i Ultra, Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 and Yoga Pro 7a. According to Lenovo’s press release, the products are “designed to help organizations scale AI with confidence, from modular AI PC concepts and rugged frontline tablets to the trusted ThinkPad portfolio and human-centric AI companions.”

Lenovo has also stepped into the mobile PC gaming space with a proof-of-concept device called the Legion Go Fold. The main draw is its foldable design, which allows it to function as a modular gaming device. It incorporates the detachable controllers from previous Legion Go models and pairs them with a POLED display that expands from 7.7 inches to 11.6 inches. The concept is aimed at users who need to work on the go but also want the flexibility to game during breaks.
Beyond hardware, Lenovo is also expanding into artificial intelligence with its new Personal Ambient Intelligence platform, Qira. Built as a system-level service, Qira does not depend on a pre-installed application. It operates across PCs, phones, tablets and wearables, allowing it to retain and reference information across devices. In 2026, Lenovo plans to expand Qira to additional languages and introduce it on Motorola smartphones.
On the laptop front, Lenovo has highlighted its newest addition to the Yoga lineup, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition. Built as a tool for creators, the Yoga 9i shines brightest in the hands of an artist. The Yoga Pen Gen 2 is a worthwhile addition for anyone who wants to draw directly on the laptop. Its case even attaches to the back of the device, improving ergonomics during longer sessions. Artists will also appreciate that the Yoga 9i features a 2.8K PureSight Pro OLED touch display with peak brightness of up to 1,100 nits, providing a clear view of detailed projects.

Continuing on Lenovo’s focus on content creation, they have made what looks like an 80’s neo-future keyboard, the Lenovo Yoga Creative Keyboard AngryMiao Edition. One of the first things that catches your eye is the massive orb scroll wheel on the top right of the keyboard, which actually has an interesting purpose. According to the press release, the wheel “allows audio and video creators to easily control the playheads of their editing software, speeding up the editing process with greater tactile feedback than with a mouse.” The keyboard also includes a yoga key, which has a multitude of uses, from switching between audio channels to synchronizing speakers.
Coming back to the gaming front, Lenovo also announced its newest gaming tablet, the Legion Tab. With an 8.8-inch display and a 165 Hz refresh rate, it can definitely hold on to its moniker as a gaming tablet built for serious mobile gamers. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, plus up to 16 GB3 of 10667 Mbps RAM and a 9000mAh battery. Alongside all of that is the boost provided by AI integration, which enhances game sounds, offers noise cancellation services, and improves touch sensitivity.
